I've been horrible....

I'm horrible about updating my blog but it's on my list of things to improve on, it's even scheduled into my calendar now! :-) Spring is well on it's way and I'm so happy to see all the beautiful flowers popping out all over the place! Makes for some great photo opportunities! :-) Here are some images of my recent shoots! :-) The Sandy River is always a great place to shoot! We had fun on one of the beautiful days of this mild winter we are having.

This last weekend my boys and I drove down to Seaside, Or to spend the weekend and do a little hiking and walking on the beach :-) We ended up at Hug Point which is such an amazing little place for me. There are caves and even a waterfall right on the beach that you can reach at low tide. The waterfall pictures I took with my film cameras so those will be back next week which I can share with you then :-) I love the shot below :-) So much fun! :-)

Driving around

With the sun peeking in and out of the clouds lately I have decided to go for a few drives and find a few waterfalls in the Columbia River Gorge that I have never seen before... mostly on the Washington side. I have my trusty little book that is a bit used and dirty " The waterfall lovers guide to the Pacific Northwest" And found a few falls that were not too big of a hike so I could fit more into my day. :-) Everyone needs a breather once in a while.... I find myself thinking.... "Ok if I get K to school on time I can drive out to Panther Creek Falls and be back by the time he gets out of school" Even when I really should be unpacking my new apartment. :-)

This image was at Panther Creek Falls

Below is Dougan Falls on the Washougal River. You can click on any image and make it larger. :-)

This image I took 4 separate images and then "stitched" them together in Photoshop I love trying new things and pushing myself out of my comfort zone...

Ok off to do more unpacking so I can get some work done :-)
